Is reflexology a medical treatment?
No, reflexology is a complementary therapy, not a medical treatment. You should consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health or are experiencing any unusual symptoms.
Do you offer mobile treatments where you come to my house?
No, all treatments are delivered in my treatment room in Cheadle Hulme.
What are your working hours?
I offer client appointments from Monday to Friday, but I do not work weekends. The online booking system usually has my latest availability but if you can’t see a suitable time, please text me on 07872023417 and I will try my best to accommodate you.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, all appointments are subject to my cancellation policy where a minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be given to change or cancel the appointment.
Full payment for your treatment will be charged at the time of booking. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your payment will be fully refunded.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged, and no refund will be given.
If a treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason on my side, your payment will be refunded.
If you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but please note I may not be able to provide the full treatment within the original appointment time.
